How a family-owned gym switched to eJukebox
Peak Health & Fitness is a family-owned gym in Walkerston, Queensland. After a number of years with another provider, they moved their music and visuals to eJukebox.
“We're getting the music and visuals we want for our gym, our members are happy with the music selection, and we're saving money on an ongoing expense - which was ultimately the reason we decided to make the move.”
Why they switched
“Our decision to change providers was purely a financial one. As a small, family-owned gym, we regularly review our ongoing expenses and felt we needed to look at ways we could reduce our costs without compromising the experience we provide to our members. eJukebox offered us a more affordable option while still providing the music and visuals we wanted in our gym, so it made sense for us to make the change.”
How the changeover went
“The changeover was much easier than I had expected. Marc made the process really simple and sent us clear images and step-by-step instructions showing us exactly what we needed to do to change the music computer over. I was able to complete the changeover myself. The instructions were easy to follow, and there was very little disruption to the gym's music service.”
What the members think
“We've had really good feedback from our members since making the change. The range of music has been well received, and we've had members comment positively on the music since changing over, which has been reassuring because that was one of our biggest considerations when looking at a new provider.”
