PPCA represents the recording artists and record labels, the recording copyright. OneMusic Australia bundles both into a single licence and a single fee. If customers or staff can hear music at your business, whether from a radio, TV, jukebox, streaming service or CD, you almost certainly need a licence, and that includes music on telephone hold and on your website.
